Adventure, Knowledge, and Folly:
Performance:
The artist dresses in traditional African attire, and performs stories from a variety of different cultures. Specific tales include, "The Wonderful Healing Leaves," "Why Monkeys Live in Trees," and "The Three Tests." These stories have international roots stemming from cultures such as Africa, India, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and even the American South. While presenting these tales, the artist incorporates authentic artifacts and instruments from these regions.
